The HD Motor Works Model-19 PUMA Limited Support/Wheeled Lightweight Reconnaissance Platform, known more commonly as the Puma, was a model of lightweight reconnaissance vehicle manufactured by HD Motors. First introduced to the arsenal of the United Nations Space Command in 2571, it was the planned successor to the legendary M12 Warthog, although it was greatly outperformed in effectiveness by the M18 Boar Infantry Support Vehicle, the feature product of AMG Transport Dynamics. However, it made its way into the role of a special forces assault and covert reconnaissance, a role that was only half-performed by the Warthog and M274 Mongoose of previous years.
