rdfs:comment
Fibber (032) is an small orange four eared experiment with an red nose and a big spot on his big head. Designed to is a lie detector. When he hears a lie he beeps and his spot lights up. In his own episode caught by Gantu. Before he caught made many problems to Pleakly and his family with his power. In Spike he was a member of Pleakly's group therapy. He rescued in Snafu. His one place who truly belongs is in the police station as a lie detector. Fibber is a male meerkat. The Fibber is a level 2 non-combat sub that has sonar-jamming properties; it will keep any unit within its jamming range from being detected by the enemy's sonar. Ships will only be detected if the enemy has radar or vision over the water, while underwater units will be concealed completely. It is best used to hide important units and structures from enemy sonar detection or to mount an underwater submarine/amphibious attack. It has no CORE counterpart.
