HC-100 Freeman Heavy Carrier
rdfs:comment
Before the merger which gave Coret Trobane ownership of CEC - Coret had owned TCS - a small shipyard he had started himself. This design dates back to that yard. When he started out he saw the need for a vessel able to carry vast numbers of fighters - which would be especially useful for the company itself. And so the HC-100 Freeman Heavy Carrier was born.

n16:abstract
Before the merger which gave Coret Trobane ownership of CEC - Coret had owned TCS - a small shipyard he had started himself. This design dates back to that yard. When he started out he saw the need for a vessel able to carry vast numbers of fighters - which would be especially useful for the company itself. And so the HC-100 Freeman Heavy Carrier was born. The vessel itself is truly vast, 950 meters long and 1,300 wide, it's wide, enormous arrowhead shape is rivaled only by Imperial Star Destroyers. The vessel's height is at its greatest at the back of the ship - where it is the same height as a Victory-class Star Destroyer. The large internal space is mostly comprised of the hangar, which can hold, maintain and repair up to 12 squadrons of fighters. From the hangar fighters launch through launch tubes, which open along the front facing sides of the ship, and can be shut off from the vacuum of space by the closing of heavily armored door sections. There are thirty six launch tubes in all, allowing three entire squadrons to launch at once. When fully prepared for battle, all fighters can be launched within a minute and a half.
