The Emerald Guardian has obvious similarities to Load Mutants and seems to be affiliated with Radiation. The fact that it serves as guardian of an United Elite airship and performs this task with robotic loyalty suggests it has been constructed - or at least remodelled - by the U.E. A form of upgraded Load Mutant that was used by the United Elite aboard the Grand Cannon, Air to guard the nuclear engine that provided power for the machine. The theme of Radiation, associated with the color green, features heavily in its design and its abilities, as it can use Emerald Dust, which is a nuclear-based ability on par with Diamond Dust, and the spell UTox.
