Light Fighter
rdfs:comment
Short Description This is the first fighting ship all emperors will build. The light fighter is an agile ship, but vulnerable by themselves. In mass numbers, they can become a great threat to any empire. They are the first to accompany small and Large Cargo to hostile planets with minor defenses. Rapidfire against Small Cargo 2 Rapidfire against Espionage Probe 5 Rapidfire against Solar Satellite 5 Rapidfire from Cruiser 6 Rapidfire from Deathstar 200 Rapidfire from Supernova 105 Rapidfire from Orbital Defence Platform 5 Note: Requirements: Shipyard level 1, Combustion Drive level 1. Light Fighter (軽闘士 Keitōshi?) is the tenth highest rank and also the lowest rank of the Four Armies of the Neros Empire. The four armies' Light Fighters are: * Armored Army: Light Fighter Apprentice Madonna and Shadow Light Fighters * Robotic Warrior Army: Light Fighter Bluekid * Monster Army: Light Fighter Hedogross * Armament Army: __NOEDITSECTION__ Given their relatively low armor and simple weapons systems, light fighters serve best as support ships in battle. Their agility and speed, paired with the number in which they often appear, can provide a shield-like buffer for bigger ships that are not quite as maneuverable. Light Fighters are the fodder of OGame. Top players build this ship en masse or in huge numbers compared to the number of the rest of their fleet. Base Cost: 250 Commandable?: 250 Flying?: 500 Description: A faster and weaker version of the fighter. They are cheap fodder and perfect to distract enemy fire. They have shorter range, but essentially cannot miss. Flying, commandable light fighters are the best dogfighters and drones available. As an added benefit, their lasers pierce shields.' In WM:RTS gamemode, light fighters are called Gauss Cannons under the tool description, but are still called lighter fighters under the WM tool panel. The larger Light Jets are permanent constructs, able to house a crew of three within a forward cockpit. The central couch can rotate and slide to the rear of the craft, locking into a tail-mounted gunnery cupola with tail guns capable of firing a steady stream of automatic fire through a narrow arc. The forward-mounted guns are fixed and simply fire in the direction the craft is facing. Additionally, the craft mounts a three-barreled rapid fire gun on its chin, directly in front of the pilot's station. Light fighter is a classification of pilotable ships in the Sirius sector. It is a fighter built for agility. The Light Fighter is the bulk of the enemy's fleet, these enemies will be with you from start to finish. They are incredibly quick and can manoeuvre with ease, making it easy for them to dodge your fire and make it past your defences quicker than your might think. They do considerably less damage with their on board weapons than the heavy fighter.
