The main three of the quartet consist of Diabolt, Fulstrom, and Astratos. According to the Xeno myths, these three first came to be after Xeno was defeated by its fellow regions in the the Great War. Broken and defeated, the region was unable to mount a defense any longer, but some of their enemies still wished to see them vanquished entirely. Thus, they wished for their enemies' destruction, and the first three of the Punishments emerged. Diabolt, Fulstrom, and Astratos ravaged the land, taking countless lives and destroying great parts of Xeno, before being stopped by the arrival of their trio master, Mantracine. Thus, they wished for their enemies' destruction, and the first three of the Punishments emerged. Diabolt, Fulstrom, and Astratos ravaged the land, taking countless lives and destroying great parts of Xeno, before being stopped by the arrival of their trio master, Mantracine. This done, it healed those who had been slain, and retreated, vanishing with its new minions under its wing. To this day, however, the main three may yet be seen, now devoted to protecting their master and the region, often attempting to fight fire with fire when it comes to natural disasters befalling Xeno. Mantracine follows behind, cleaning up their mess and making sure that no one loses their lives as a result of their actions. Despite still being vaguely active, the Divine Punishments are almost never seen, and many go the whole of their lives without seeing them even once. Some do seek them out, though, and hunters of these Pokémon can be found on occasion. The main three both possess a secondary Electric-type, while Mantracine sports a unique duo of types, Psychic and Poison. Team Samsara appears to have knowledge of these four, but their plans (or lack thereof) for them have yet to be revealed or discovered. Prominent trainers such as the Champion or Professor Acacia appear to have some knowledge on them as well, as they can be listed in the Xeno Pokédex.
