ART series
rdfs:comment
The Ibanez ART series is a series of electric guitar models produced by Hoshino Gakki. It is based on the classic Ibanez Artist model, but has a single cutaway body shape. It was introduced in 2007 as the third subseries of afforable alternatives for the Ibanez Artist, after the ARC and ARX series introduced previously in 2006. Like the Ibanez ARC, the ART has a single cutaway body shape, although with a sharper cut, creating a less 'classic' look.

n18:abstract
The Ibanez ART series is a series of electric guitar models produced by Hoshino Gakki. It is based on the classic Ibanez Artist model, but has a single cutaway body shape. It was introduced in 2007 as the third subseries of afforable alternatives for the Ibanez Artist, after the ARC and ARX series introduced previously in 2006. Like the Ibanez ARC, the ART has a single cutaway body shape, although with a sharper cut, creating a less 'classic' look. More than 15 different ART models have been issued since 2007, usually featuring a mahogany body with set-in mahogany neck, standard bridge and tailpiece setup and two humbucking pickups. The most affordable ART with these specifications is the ART80. Even more affordable is the further simplified GIO series GART30. Current top of the line is the ART600.
