The Chernobyl Disaster is a Timeline Event that can occur between 1986 and 1989. While the event is happening, the commodity price of uranium increases by 100% as nations are reluctant to use Nuclear Power. Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant was in Ukraine. The explosion there caused a major environmental disaster. The city was evacuated. Today, the city of Pripyat remains a ghost town. It is possible to visit Chernobyl and the ghost town of Pripyat (Pripyat was the city made to house the workers of the power plant that was just a few kilometers away). They are a popular tourist destination with groups sometimes reaching thousands. A tour guide is always present to guide you around the city to make sure nobody gets radiated. One must be over 17 to enter Chernobyl, this is only for scientific reasons not age. The younger the body, the more radiation, the more radiation it absorbs. The Chernobyl disaster was an incident in Earth's history in which a nuclear reactor malfunctioned and many people died.
