Samuel Brown
rdfs:comment
Samuel Brown is a rejected promo figure which was never released to retail. He was to be a repainted 4th Massachusetts Line figure under Jandar. This character was briefly mentioned in the bio of one of the members of the 10th Regiment of Foot. Although Samuel Brown was rejected in favor of Agent Skahen and was never used as a promotional figure, he can fully be considered an official figure like other promo figures, as he was fully tested and balanced by the original designers, and revealed under permission from Wizards of the Coast.

Samuel Brown was welcomed by fans as a poignant close to the HeroScape canon, especially with the set name "Forever Valiant".
