In Broxton, and the home of Bill's parents, Kelda goes to leave, but H.A.M.M.E.R. Agents open fire on her, taking her down. Meanwhile, at Asgard, Volstagg digs himself out of the rubble, shocked at the destruction. Elsewhere, Thunderball is about to kill an Asgardian, but is defeated by Tyr, who is very much alive, bashing him with his own wrecking ball. He then starts to rally his fellow warriors. At the same time, Balder helps dig Heimdall out of the rubble, when Loki arrives trying to manipulate the situation. Loki tells Balder that he knows Balder wanted the throne, otherwise he would have pardoned Thor instead of banishing him, which would've torn Asgard apart in civil war. He entices Balder that this is a new age for Asgard and for that, his rule must end. Back in Broxton, Bill's mother holds Kelda while she laments her love of Bill. She fells that if she had never loved him, if he had never loved her, he would still be alive. His mother tells her that she knows he loved her very much, and Bill would've wanted her to live. Withe renewed vigor, Kelda helps her wounds and fights back, frying the agents' weapons with her lightning. A couple agent quickly decide that this assault isn't worth their time, only for Volstagg to appear and convince them to surrender, handing them over to the Broxton police. He then marches off to secure true justice. Back in Asgard, Heimdall challenges Loki to his actions, including preventing him from seeing this siege. Loki pleads innocence, pointing out that the Sentry struck his watchtower first to prevent him from alerting Asgard. If he was in cahoots with Osborn, then why would he bother attacking. Balder demands to Loki why he would deny being the architect of this disaster but he would admit in helping it come to fruition. The God of Mischief proclaims that his subjects were lazying around all day. He admits that he did have a hand in the Siege but did not expect that it would end like this. Tyr comes running to Balder, reporting that the men are scattered and must be rallied or all will be lost. Balder climbs to the top of a pile of debris, and begins radiating so much light that it's almost blinding. The Hood, thinking him an easy target, opens fire on him. But Balder redirects the bullet with his sword, sending it right back at him. When he climbs back down, he exiles Loki from Asgard, and then rallies the Asgardians to begin fighting back. To show their enemies why they are known as a warrior race. As he and his followers march off, Loki remarks that Balder can't stop him from saving Asgard.

You are of Asgard no longer, Loki. From this day forth, if Asgardian and Loki do meet, we will hound you. And the hope of doing so will give us all new strength for this battle. And if we die today, our spirits will pursue you for all time. You are exile.
