Represents the Soul and seeks out the dukkha of individual which is a marker for Karma and Dukkha. When Raido engages the heretical doctrine he uses a different method of interacting with the Naraka Realm. Naturally Raido uses Limbo: Border Jail to create shadows and using the Naraka Path's ability to transport souls, he calls souls from the Naraka Realm which possess the Limbo shadows.
