The Decleration of Liberation was the founding document of the United Alliance for Liberating the Mandalorian Empire, signed in 3,888 BBY. Declaring the independence of eight total worlds, five in the Mandalorian Empire, and three independent worlds, it also stated the, "As a member world of the United Alliance, you are responsible for the liberation of the Mandalorian Empire and its people, and the death and/or capture of its cruel, unjust leader." It also declared war on the Mandalorian Empire. The Decleration was replaced Decleration of a Mandalorian Republic three months later in the same year.
