Sir Josef Helmfried (b. July 4, 2753) is the former Imperial Commissioner of the Eastern Territories and the former Chief of Police of the Crownland of Hulstria. Helmfried served as the Chief of Police for Hulstria for over a decade and served prior to that as Bureau Chief for the Pfathzburg police department; in 2811 Friedrich Ewald II, the Governor-General of Greater Hulstria, appointed Josef Helmfried to suceed Claus Mackensen as the Imperial Commissioner of the Eastern Territories. That same year the Imperial Diet voted and confirmed Helmfried to take office.
