Chelloh Llaryt is an old human man who lives in the town of Winterhaven. He is an expert at winning the Wintertide Festival and has done so for over forty years. The party met him at the carnival in Winterhaven when they had returned from the temple in the Cairngorm Peaks. Despite their best efforts, the party could not beat Llaryt in the festival, beating Eraamion by 100 tokens. It has been rumoured over the years that Chelloh bribed the carnival stall owners to give him an advantage, but he refutes this. He has one known friend, a halfling rice merchant. It is unlikely that the party will meet him again.
