Riddering is also a business owner and an author and motivational speaker. Her first book, "Puerto Rico Encanto Oculto", published in 2005, was a best-seller in the island that same year. It was a book of her photographs of the least known places in PR, and the product of over eight years of exploring the island. She also wrote many articles for a local magazine, which detailed her adventures across the enchanting island. In 2012, Riddering published her second book, this time a non-fiction self-help book for teens titled "Your Present Future: Things Teens Need to Know Now About Becoming Adults." Through YPF, she offers seminars for teenagers on how to better prepare for a brighter future and the transition into adulthood.
