Ariake Technologies
rdfs:comment
Ariake Technologies was a Genetics firm on Eshan in the years following the Second Galactic Civil War. Their primary function was the use of Genetic study and alteration to cure various ailments and genetic study and authentication. However in the events following the Force Cold War they became involved with Project Nox. They owned and operated many Eshan-class Cargo Carriers converted into mobile laboratories, including the FEV Sovereign. An armory license for Ariake Technologies can be purchased from either the C-Sec Requisitions Officer or from Commander Rentola, after being rescued from Virmire, aboard the SSV Normandy for 6,250 credits. Ariake Technology also develops telemetry data-cleaning algorithms, for which Samantha Traynor and EDI purchase licenses during a conversation with Shepard after Priority: Sur'Kesh. Ariake's name is of Japanese origin, written as 有り明け and translating poetically as "Dawn, But Still the Moon Remains in the Sky." This is echoed in their company logo.
