Various actions performed during Online Multiplayer play will gain you XP. For example, a headshot earns 10 XP. After certain amounts of XP, your profile reaches a new level. Online multiplayer is the only way to gain XP — split-screen and single player have no effect. Most of the time when you gain enough XP to reach the next level, you will unlock one new item that can be used in your custom loadouts. The Torka T3 (pistol), Sigmus (SMG), and SLY 2020 (shotgun) are available from the beginning. Here is a list of what gets unlocked at each level:
