Berries
rdfs:comment
Berries are edible plants that can be found and gathered. When harvested they yield one or more fistfuls of berries for evey tile of plants, each weighing 0.1 lbs. Eating a fistful lowers the hunger bar by roughly 3.1 and 8.3% (12-32 are needed to reset the full bar, with more berries needed for larger characters). Some stores sell berry bushes/shrubs, but there is no way to plant these. ==Background <default>Berries</default> Obtained From: Location: Appearance: Juicy berries that grow on the other side of a pool of water beneath Roper Klacks' floating castle. April calls Crow to get them for her, cautioning him not to eat them, so she can mix them with a flower, creating a moisturizer to soften the petrified Lorhan. Obtained from beneath Klacks' castle. A floral food resource often used by Domestics Traders in foods. This resource can be acquired by use of a Flora Farm (any type) on most planets. may also be obtained by the Sample Resource (Ability) on all planets (except kashyyyk). Berries can be used to cure status ailments as well as inflict them. They are the primary ingredient of PokéBlocks. In Sinnoh, berries are also used in scones. Berries is another name for money in the world instead of dollars/euros/pounds and is first mentioned by Zoro as he gave it that nickname, Captain Jim Logan would later refer to money as Berriers as when he asked about the bounty on Lord Leon's head he would ask "How many berries do you want for him dead?" here is an example of berries used The Bounty on Captain Jim Logan's head~ 10,000,000 Berries Captain Chris Jericho's Head~ 20.000,000 Berriers Zoro's bounty 15,000,000 Berries(Lifted after death) Jim Bloodsilver's Head~ -312 Berries Jim Bloodsilver's Hat~ 9,000,000 Berries The effects of berries are random each round, and only the Chemist has the skill needed to identify them. The various effects of berries are sleep, hunger, weakness, heal, and poison. The Chemist can combine various amounts of these to create potions, which can be hidden inside food. Undecided. Berries (木の実, Konomi?) is a recurring Recovery Item in the Breath of Fire series. Berries are a food item that restore a piece, making them a rather ineffective food. However, they can be used as a decorative item on plates; for example; at your Hobbit picnic table or using the bushes to decorate your orchard or garden. In addition, as of Public Beta 22, these can be crafted into a pie and an assortment of drinks. As of Public Beta 29 there are also poisonous wildberries. Sometimes, NPCs such as Rangers of the North will eat berries to heal themselves after combat. The botanical definition of a berry is a fleshy fruit produced from a single ovary, such as a grape. The seeds are usually embedded in the flesh of the ovary. A plant that bears berries is said to be bacciferous. Many species of plants produce fruit that are similar to berries but not actually berries, and these are said to be baccate. In everyday English, "berry" is a term for any small edible fruit. These "berries" are usually juicy, round or semi-oblong, brightly coloured, sweet or sour, and don't have a stone or pit, although many seeds may be present. Berries are consumable items that increase one attribute permanetly. They are, however, expensive to buy and rare on the field, so use them wisely. The Growth Gem is very much like a berry.

There are 6 different varieties: Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, elderberries, and wildberries. They can all be harvested from their respective bushes, giving around 2-5 berries and leaving a bare bush. Once the bush is bare, the berries can be re-grown using bonemeal, or by being left to grow back after a period of time. Read the article on the bushes for more information. In everyday language, a berry is a small, pulpy and often edible fruit. Berries are usually juicy, rounded, brightly colored, sweet or sour, and do not have a stone or pit, although many pips or seeds may be present. Sometimes, NPCs such as Rangers of the North will eat berries to heal themselves after combat.
