Knothole's De-roboticizer is a success! Bunnie Rabbot and Uncle Chuck are back to their normal selves! But the Freedom Fighters' latest accomplishment seems too good to be true. During a mission to one of Robotnik's factories, Sally is taken prisoner by Robotnik and Snively, who construct a roboti-sized "Sally" clone, complete with Sally's personality, and mannerisms. The time-travel mission to stop Robotnik has failed; his armies have already taken Mobotropolis! Also, Sonic and Sally have somehow put their younger selves and the Knothole Village in the Great Forest at risk. In Part II, Sonic and Sally steal the Roboti-sizer plans, stop the Destroyer from polluting the Great Forest and save Little Sonic, Little Sally and Dulcy's mother, Sabina. Sonic is hired into an obvious trap when a frustrated Robotnik decides to appeal to the Hedgehog's ego and announces a "race to determine the fastest on Mobius". Sonic and the Freedom Fighters journey to Robotnik's lab in hopes of deciphering his roboti-sizer system. When Robotnik launches a spy-orb that will uncover the Freedom Fighter's Knothole location, Sonic and Robot launch themselves up to the orbiting spy-sphere aboard a home-made rocket powered by Robotnik's discarded booster engine that fell in the Great Forest. The Freedom Fighters, with new addition, Dulcy, develop a De-Roboti-sizer and try it out on Bunnie. The war with Robotnik goes badly. The only hope may lie in a pair of magical Time Stones: using them Sonic and Sally could travel to Mobotropolis Kingdom's past, prior to Robotnik's takeover and stop the fight before it begins. Sonic conquers Robotnik's latest evil - a vehicle designated to locate and destroy living tissue matter - during a solo mission to the Badlands. Sonic is paralysed by a recurring nightmare personifying his own personal fears; meanwhile, Robotnik unleashes a machine that can literally destroy the world. The Freedom Fighters run into a Swashbuckler, named Ari, battling Swat-Bots. Sonic attempts a solo rescue to prevent prisoners from being roboti-sized and is hit by a Memory Scrambler that erases short-term memory. The Odd Couple: When a blizzard hits Knothole causing Dulcy to demolish a few huts during a landing, Sonic is forced to bunk with Antoine. Ro-Becca: During a rainstorm, Rotor is putting the finishing touches on his new female robot assistant, named Ro-Becca, when he has to leave. While he's gone, Antoine accidentally activates her and it is love at first sight…for her. Sonic reluctantly takes Tails with him to the Big City to find some cotter pins for the Freedom Fighters catapults. Fed Up with Antoine: Antoine is appointed king of a biker gang, unaware of their "cannibalistic" tradition. Ghost Busted: Sonic and Tails investigate a possible ghost problem while camping out. Sally, Rotor, Bunnie and Antoine take off in a homemade airplane, bound for an ancient city hidden deep in the Great Mountains, while Sonic follows via his favorite transportation -- his sneakers. When Sonic and The Freedom Fighters take out Robotnik's main computer, they're trapped by Swat-Bots in an underground tunnel, only to be rescued by a handsome teenager named Griff. After Antoine saves Sally's life during a raid, Sonic can't stand his bragging and zips in to see Uncle Chuck, who finds out his "bug" in Robotnik's HQ is malfunctioning. Sonic finds his long lost uncle, Sir Charles, after a failed mission in Robotropolis, kicking off an emotional roller coaster ride for him. Robotnik's Doomsday Project begins a week early than anyone had anticipated. With all of Mobius in danger, the Freedom Fighters prepare for what may be their final battle. Sonic and company finally make contact with another Royal Freedom Fighter group. They must work together when a nearly indestructable war-machine arrives to attack. Sonic and Tails team up in order to thwart Robotnik's scheme to possess the magical Deep Power Stones. When the Princess is captured, Robotnik creates a robotic duplicate of her as a means of spying on and sabotaging the Freedom Fighters. The Freedom Fighters find themselves defending an underground city of Mobian refugees, all the while coming to terms with their own personal relationships. Antoine goes after Robotnik himself in an insane bid to impress Sally and earn personal glory. When a Pod lands in Knothole, Sonic and Sally realize the Doomsday Machine is already in operation. The Freedom Fighter groups break into the Doomsday Machine, only to find Robotnik let them in. The Freedom Fighters home, the Great Forest, is dying. In search of magical water that causes plants to grow at an accelerated speed, the Freedom Fighters journey underground where they begin disappearing one by one. Robotnik launches a spy satellite in an effort to locate Knothole Village, the Freedom Fighters' hidden base. Sonic and Rotor head towards the satellite using a makeshift rocket to destroy it. Dulcy is summoned to a dragon mating ground as Robotnik seeks to Roboticize the remainder of her species. Robotnik searches for a computer archive of spells belonging to an ancient evil wizard. Sonic heads to Robotropolis to get the crystal before Robotnik can use it. But soon he is stripped of his legendary speed. When Sally uncovers Robotnik's plan to seed the cloud with toxic rain, they attempt a daring mission to sabotage the dirigible-like craft being transported by land vehicles. When Uncle Chuck's "bug" reveals Robotnik's search for the legendary Deep Power Stones, he informs Sally, who tries to retrieve data regarding the Royal Family Secret. After Sonic is almost sucked inside the Void, he finds a huge Ring which Sally believes is an ancient relic but it turns out to be trick of the Sorcerer, Nagus. Fed Up With Antoine: Antoine decides to study martial arts but after he wrecks most of Knothole Sonic sends him off to practice in the woods, where he runs into a scurvy band of Road Warrior-types, called the Nasty Hyenas. Ghost Busted: Tails begins his training to become a real Freedom Fighter by learning tracking skills while on a camping trip with Sonic and Antoine. But after a scary ghost story about a “Headless Gopher with a Gold Medallion” he believes a ghost kidnapped Antoine. Robotnik holds a race in Robotropolis in a bid to lure Sonic into a trap. The other Freedom Fighters take advantage of Robotnik's fixation on the race in hopes of destroying the city's power generator. Tails brings a new friend home to Knothole - a baby Terra-Pod who has strayed from the herd that is currently migrating. Sonic and The Freedom Fighters journey to Robotnik's underground air base in a mission to reprogram the launch data on Robotnik's fleet of Stealth-Bot aircraft. When Sally and Bunnie disappear, Sonic and Nicole rush in to rescue them, discovering the Void. Within the Void, they encounter a mysterious wizard, an old friend, and the long lost King of Mobotropolis. On a mission to contact the first Freedom Fighters on the King's List, Sonic and the others are forced to travel through a tunnel which carries a "curse" against all intruders. Robotnik severely upsets the ecosystem above and below the surface, when he sends explosive, Robotnik snake probes drilling deep under ground in search of oil lakes. When Sonic loses his memory, Snively takes advantage and gets the hedgehog to infiltrate Knothole. The Freedom Fighters embark on an outlandish mission: to find magical scrolls which may hold the key to unlimited power. While on a mission to the big city to replace Nicole's malfunctioning microchip, Sonic and Sally encounter the Guardian, a mysterious cloaked figure who guards a dormant wizard named Lazar and his computer of evil spells. After a disastrous failed mission, Sonic laments that they can't go back and prevent Robotnik's take-over. Princess Sally sends Sonic to Robotropolis in search of materials to build a defense against an impending invasion by Robotnik. However, the inexperienced Tails is tagging along. Uncle Chuck finds himself increasingly at risk operating as a spy in Robotropolis. After Dulcy exhibits strange behavior, Sally discovers she's going through a "rites of passage" stage of her adolescence. The Odd Couple: Antoine is forced to share his house with Sonic after a failed landing from Dulcy destroys the hedgehog's home. Ro-Becca: Antoine accidentally activates a robot Rotor was working on. The robot suddenly develops a crush on him. Robotnik has set his greedy eyes on the last living herd of a dinosaur-like species. The Freedom Fighters help the creatures navigate through the Great Jungle while fighting off the advances of Robotnik's machines.
