Kingdom Hearts Wiki talk:World Terminus

We need to add some kind of general guideline on editor behavior, though I don't know if it should have teeth, or be a more general "Please be nice". Some of the things that should be mentioned are: * Never, ever use attacks (i.e., "retard", cussing, "you're a terrible person", etc.). If you have to be angry, attack the argument, not the person. * When leaving warnings, be dispassionate, and list only the offense. * Forget whatever else an editor has done when talking with them. If they've done something wrong before, then they should have gotten a warning, but don't hold a grudge against them and continue to mistreat them. (I know I've messed up on that one!)

Okay, this page needs a MAJOR overhaul. The things I notice are: *Districts and thier subsections need to be changed to fit with the new World Terminus theme. *Links need to be renamed to correspond with that section's new name. I.e. Trinity Report switched to Jiminy's Journal *Projects need to be updated and then alocated to new users. *Dalmation's House updated *Third District topics updated *And finally, somebody needs to be put in charge of this page to keep the forums sections updated. Now, before I start working on this myself, does anyone else have any ideas, objections etc. I can also move this to a forum if need be.

OK, so Blue and Hecko are now admin/bureaucrats! That means they can set the other admins you choose as soon as you choose them. I believe that more admins are better, and still recommend that you admin all the candidates. I always feel that too few admins risks becoming a Big Thing, instead of being seen as a helping role to do good for the wiki. More admins also guards against people being away or inactive. but it's your choice :) so good luck, and call me if you need any help! We also need to update the articles needed to expand and improve section. Should we mention the Featured User thing going on? Or update this? I've gone to every link in the Magician's Study, and all the problems have been resolved. I propose we put the actual new stuff in this space. Or we could save it until we move.

Me and FinalRest have had about a two second discussion on an idea for a new project. The project would involve going through every image on the wiki and removing it's white background . I find white backgrounds very annoying, especially if it's on a coloured background. It justs ruins the image. So, thoughts?
n27:
I was talking to both Soxra and Final Rest today and we came to an agreement that we'd rather dea with this project ourselves. Removing some of the white bg's of a lot of the images can be very hard. Especialy when you're working with GIMP which I know all you guys use. The one problem I have with Gimp image is that it's unable to do as good a job with images as Photoshop. The only reason this bothers me at all is that these are our official images and need to be dealt with as professionaly as possible. Since myself, Soxra, and FR are all quite skilled with doing this sort of job we will take this project under our own wings. There are plenty of other projects I's like to see some active involvement in. Thank you for your consern and pointing out that this is an issue. And again as I said please do not take part in this project. We are going to take care of it ourselves when we can.

n10:
Shouldn't we also add the @KHWiki Twitter page and the Mirage Arena to the Community Portal?
n18:
I would like to help with the character improvements. I see the project is not very active anymore and I'd like to go on with it. I'll do my best and BTW congrats with your FU price!

Any other ideas? Since venomous editor behavior is something we should be discouraging, I think this is important to do. I'm replacing the behavior request in the sitenotice with a link to the general Traverse Town, but we need to make the guideline prominent for when people get here.Glorious CHAOS! 15:54, November 16, 2009 (UTC)
