A Bureaucrat is a user with the ability to grant Rollback rights and make other users admins. From time to time Wikia Helpers will come along, who have admin access on all Wikia wikis. Different users have access to different functions of the site. While anyone can do most things on the site, including reading and editing, administrators can access a few additional functions.
