Kibeth is the third of the Nine Bright Shiners. In The Beginning, Kibeth supported the creation of the Charter, but remained in the Old Kingdom as the Disreputable Dog. As a bell, Kibeth is the Walker, which can make others go where you wish. The Disreputable Dog stood for herself at the binding of Orannis. Kibeth was one of the original Nine Bright Shiners who was there at the beginning, and one of the Seven who agreed to create the Charter. Her power was channelled into the Charter but she wasn't consumed by it - her power didn't go into the Great Bloodlines (the only one not to be consumed, except for Astarael).
