Ranga [pronouced "rang-aah"] is a term referring to redheads or Gingers. The term is used thoroughly throughout Australia and is used usually in a degrading form. It started from the word Orangutan but then was shortened to what it is today. It is believed Ranga's are their own race. They have red hair, pale skin and freckles. There are two main predominant groups of rangas; the Wrangas and the True Rangas
