Artix von Krieger is a hero from different online flash games created by the indie company Artix Entertainment. Even though he is not actually the main character, he is widely-recognized as one of the most familiar and popular characters Artix Entertainment has ever created. He is also the character used by Adam Bohn, the founder and boss of Artix Entertainment who also uses the name "Artix" in-game and at work at the company. As a young child, he and Vayle lived in the same village. When they were both young, he tried to rescue her from a river, but they were both washed downstream to an underground cave. While trying to find their way out, they stumbled upon the Darkness Orb, which both touched. Although Vayle gave into the Darkness, Artix remained strong and vowed to always stand for Light. Later, when his village was destroyed by zombies (controlled by Noxus in order to kill Vayle's brother and gain her loyalty), he joined the Paladin Order to defeat the undead. Artix von Krieger is the mighty leader of the the Paladin Order, and defender of the Light, the innocent and everything that is good.

Artix von Krieger is a hero from different online flash games created by the indie company Artix Entertainment. Even though he is not actually the main character, he is widely-recognized as one of the most familiar and popular characters Artix Entertainment has ever created. He is also the character used by Adam Bohn, the founder and boss of Artix Entertainment who also uses the name "Artix" in-game and at work at the company. Surprisingly, Artix is actually the Champion of Darkness, which explains why he doesn't actually use light-based magic, and why he was unaffected by Vordred's signature spell, the "Voiduminance Necrot-Morph". He also has a dog named Daimyo. His primary catchphrase is "Battle on!", which is a name given to the main hub town as Battleon, and serves as a reminder to others to never give up hope, even when faced with seemingly impossible opponents to defeat. Artix von Krieger is the mighty leader of the the Paladin Order, and defender of the Light, the innocent and everything that is good. As a young child, he and Vayle lived in the same village. During the Necropolis Saga, he crosses paths with Vayle again, who is now known as the Necromantress. After an unsuccessful attempt to win her support, Artix and "The Player" confront Noxus, ultimately beating him with Vayle's help. Artix can be found at the door of the Necropolis and at the entrance of Amityvale's graveyard.
