Borrorill is a hill located near the town of Trebon. After the massacre at the Mauthen Farm, Kvothe and Denna leave the town of Trebon and try to look for clues about what happened there. The two meet a swineherd named Schiem, who tells them that he saw blue flames billowing in the distance. Kvothe assumes that the blue flames are caused by the Chandrian, which would fit with Kvothe's theory that it was they who were responsible for the killings at the farm. Seeking a good vantage point to locate the flames, Kvothe and Denna climb Borrorill. They soon find out that the flames Schiem described were caused by a Draccus, and thus not connected to the killings at the farm.
