Banned members are forum users (usually people who frequent General Discussion, with the exception of GyppyGirl2021) who were banned for a series of misdeeds, as outlined by the rules. Banned members will often make at least one alternate account, which will quickly be banned again—usually because they fail to change their outward personalities in order not to be recognized. Occasionlly, however, some of those banned members will manage to stay. Whether that is because these specimen are above-average in intelligence or because no one actually cares is a subject of debate among forum specialists.
