In the world of Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger Season 2, the Akibarangers mysteriously became the official 17th season of Super Sentai, becoming the Gosei Sentai Akibaranger. In this show, it most likely followed a similar plot to the first season of Akibaranger. Eventually, the Akibarangers restore RyuuRanger and KibaRanger's, one of the proposed Additional Rangers for this season, memories, and Gosei Sentai Dairanger became the seventeenth Super Sentai series once again. The main icon for this team features the colors red, blue, yellow, white, and pink. Although a pink Akibaranger is never seen, one is mentioned with Choco-Tan, and the Akibarangers hypothesize that since the fourth ranger was KibaRanger, the fifth ranger would be an "A-ranger" to complete the pun on "Akibaranger".
