Doctor orbon is a non-player character located inside the church in East Ardougne. In the Sheep Herder quest, he will sell protective trousers and a protective jacket to the player for 100 coins. He acts as a taskmaster for the Ardougne Tasks, awarding the Ardougne cloak 1 for completing the Easy task set. He will provide another cloak if it is destroyed.
