The First Encounter Assault Recon, known more famously as FEAR, was a militia force that protected the planet of Venezia, their homeworld, and were the military fist of the Venezian Coalition. They were considered as a security force, though they extended their operations into other sectors, and governments of many nearby worlds sought protection from them. FEAR was split up into various units and factions, such as FEAR Special Operations and FEAR Intelligence Department. FEAR worked closely with two other major security forces of their sector, Vortex Security (military of Frostarian Union, and WIJ Corporation (military of Sinopian Republic. FEAR was the biggest of the three, though together, they invaded and conquered many of the three governments' enemies.
