The Declaration of Order is the founding document of the Laro Order. It was written by Jesika Doljian shortly before her coronation as queen of the Laro Order and contains the pledges of the three principle plants of the Order (Laro Prime, Rolan, Oris) to uphold the values, honor, and stability of the Laro Order into perpetuity and promised a permanent end to strife between the planets. The actual signing of the declaration coincided with Jesika’s coronation and marked the end of the Laro Civil War and the beginning of the Laro Order.

Every planet that has joined the Order since is expected to sign a similar declaration. These documents are then displayed next to the Declaration of Order to show the people Laro’s unification and dedication to order.
