Howard Watcher
rdfs:comment
Watcher is introduced as a S.O.N.I.C.X. member along with the others in Issue 23, where the group captures Sonic to try and attack him directly. After he mocks their group's name, believing it to be a fan-club, he easily escapes them. He is again seen on Issue 25, when he and the other members shoot a final Sonic clone created by Dr. Narasu to attack the original Sonic, mistaking it for Sonic himself. Watcher, along with the other members, appears in following issues, but is never seen doing anything important for the plot aside from a few commentaries, being one of the few members to do so.
