To become a Rukmin, it must: * be fed by a RAmarl or RAcaseal with a Viridia, Bluefull, Redria or Whitill section ID, and have its sum of DEF and DEX equal to its sum of POW and MIND, or * be fed by a RAmarl or RAcaseal with a Greenill, Purplenum or Oran section ID, and have its sum of DEF and MIND equal to its sum of POW and DEX.
