Following her defection from The Syndicate, Rouge the Bat left the Death Carrier and established a home in Twilight Towers. From here, Rouge sent a light bee to the Hill Top Zone's High Academy, using to cause havoc and indirectly destroy a priceless mural. For this act, Master Scholar of the Drakon Empire paid Rouge for her work. Later, Rouge was watching television in her apartment when her room was stormed by members of the Household Keepers and the Starlight police. Rouge appeared to have anticipated this interruption and stunned both sides with a blinding weapon before presumably flying away. The two factions, angered that they had let Rouge escape, held a brawl near the top of Twilight Towers.
