Nanko (I)
rdfs:comment
Nanko was a ronin shugenja-ko. She was hired by Kakita Hitoshi to cast Fiery Wrath onto an inn where the minor nobleman was staying at. In this way Hitoshi faked his own death, to escape from those who had carried his considerable gambling debt long enough. Eventually a group of samurai investigated the incident, and Nanko approached the telling that Hitoshi was alive. She had been afraid of being blamed for his death and wished to come forward before things got any worse.
