The Celestial hatchet is one of the three Celestial tools notably the strongest and most efficient hatchet in the game, it requires an Attack level of 110 to wield and a Woodcutting level of 111 to use. The axe is able to cut yew trees as quick as a Dragon hatchet can cut Willow trees. It can be acquired by buying it from the Grand Exchange, or it can be found as a very rare drop from Lord Deris. A player would need 80 Mining, Smithing, Fishing, Cooking, Woodcutting and Firemaking in order to acquire the items that unlock the seal to the room with Lord Deris inside, but then the player would have to go up against this gruesome monster which is incredibly difficult to defeat, even then after the beast is defeated, it only has a 1/500 chance of dropping the hatchet, so it's proven that acquiring the hatchet is very difficult if a player cannot afford to buy it from the Grand Exchange. The hatchet is also degradable, since after a few hours of use, it should be taken to either the Fire balancer, Earth balancer or Water balancer, who will repair the hatchet back to 100% but with a cost of 10 Sacrite ores, 10 Red dolphin and 10 Marbury logs, which can only be acquired with level 80 is the same skills as before, effectively adding a level requirement for repairing the hatchet. If a player doesn't meet the requirements, they'll have to sell the uncharged hatchet and buy a new fully charged one, which involves a loss of 500,000 gp. The hatchet also has a hidden ability, which triples the chance of receiving a bird nest when chopping trees. Also there's a 5% chance of receiving 2 logs from chopping down one tree.
