Dock (Age of Empires III)
rdfs:comment
The Dock in this version of the game can train ships, provide upgrades and repair naval vessels (10.0 hitpoints each tick) idling nearby similar to a field hospital for land units. However the dock will only repair a single ship at a time and higher hit point vessels obviously take longer. Many nations can improve their dock with the advanced dock card. This boosts the healing effect by 100%, ships train 33% faster and the dock gains a more potent counterattack. The counterattack only works if it's being attacked by a ship, and is a very weak rifle shot even with cards such as coastal defenses and upgrades from an arsenal. It is only effective against armed fishermen and some canoes, unless many fishing boats are garrisoned.
