The Supreme Commander is in command of the military with the Admiralty below him to help run the various branches. The Admiralty Court serves as the executive branch and controls military aspects. Eliana has some control over the military and legislative aspects, but for the most part, she is outside politics. Her influence is mainly out of respect for her father and out of fear for Jorelas's political influence. She does work with Councilman Waylae who heads the Triad Party but has no technical authority over him or the Council.
