====== Previously known as Buffalo Plains, the hamlet of Citrus Plains was located in the Latis Plains directly south of Citrus Hill. After the Buffalo Plains - Citrus Plains was destroyed in mysterious circumstances a new Citrus Plains was built in order to keep the RLE strong in the region. As the village was much closer to the floodplains than the capital Citrus Hill, Citrus Plains was the home for Empire's clay industry.
