In 3717 he opened his second hotel, with a third one following the next year. In 3725, the first hotel outside the Province of Kregon. By 3735, Richard owned 14 hotels in three different Provinces. It was during those years that Richard was approached by LNC-officials and signed up. Ever since, Richard performs the function of Tourism expert. Richard was appointed negotiator with Vanuku in the Paul Murphy-Spaak case.
