Mythril Helm
rdfs:comment
A Mythril Helm is a Helmet-class piece of armor found in Golden Sun: The Lost Age. It is acquired by giving a Mythril Silver to Sunshine the Blacksmith in Yallam, where he will randomly forge it into either that or four other items. Visually, the Mythril Helm resembles a metallic full helmet. The Mythril Helm features a defense rating of 44, and it increases the wearer's Critical Hit and Unleash Rate by 12%, a very practical effect. It is bought for 11400 coins while its resale value is 8550 coins. As a Helm, it can be worn by four Adepts: Isaac, Garet, Felix, and Piers. Mythril Helm is the second weakest helmet and can be bought for 130 gil at Kazus and Canaan or found at Kazus. In the NES version, it provides 2 Defense, 4 Magic Defense, and 4% Evade. In the 3D versions, it provides 4 Defense, and 3 Magic Defense.

n4:abstract
In a perfect game, this can be considered a very practical piece of armor to possess and distribute multiple copies of, providing high defense and increasing the chance the Adept's weapon will Unleash by 12%. For warrior Adepts, this helmet is extremely useful both as a defensive measure and an offensive enhancement. The Mythril Helm is part of one equipment recipe that can be used to make either Isaac or Felix a supreme powerhouse warrior. The Sol Blade is The Lost Age's ultimate weapon, and its Unleash's consistently devestating damage is nearly unmatched. It has an unleash rate of 35% like most other weapons, so to increase that rating, the Adept who wields the Sol Blade is outfitted with the Valkyrie Mail to increase that unleash rate by 20%, a pair of Riot Gloves to increase it by another 20% (as well as increase physical attack damage by a bit), a Mythril Helm to increase it by 12% more, and Hyper Boots to increase it by a further 12%. The Adept ends up with a 99% chance of attacking with Sol Blade's Megiddo effect each time he attacks; his ability to damage single opponents each turn is superior even to high-powered summon spells.
