(DS9 novel: Rough Beasts of Empire) This was the location where Braeg called upon the people to attack Tal'Aura. In response, the Praetor's guard clashed with Braeg's centurions here. Many people were wiped out when Tal'Aura indiscriminately used heavy weaponry from hovercraft to fire into the crowds. (TNG novel: Death in Winter) When Tal'Aura's government legitimized Spock's Reunification Movement, the Victory Square became a site for public rallies about unification with Vulcan.
