Employment agreement
rdfs:comment
An employment agreement (or employment contract) is a contract between an employer and employee, in which the employer agrees to compensate the employee for work performed for the employer or on the employer's behalf. An employment agreement was a contract that stipulated one's working conditions and duties. In 2369, Sarda's employment agreement for Quark's required her to perform sexual favours. When she balked, Quark referred her to the agreement. She later showed Benjamin Sisko the document, pointing out the relevant passage – page twenty one, subsection D, paragraph twelve – and regretted that she hadn't read the contract more carefully. Sisko, aghast, assured her that neither she nor anyone else who had signed a similar agreement would be held to that provision. (DS9: "Captive Pursuit")
