Early life Qabanni's grandparents fled Syria years ago to the United States of America as a part of a cultural migration. They felt they could give a better life to her in the states. However, they were turned away. Instead, legions of people were accepted into Canada. As a result, she felt a sense of patriotic justice to defeat the Americans who had turned her away.Fighting for Canada Qabanni, along with the Two-Four rescued Amber from a Dog of War. Qabanni inspected the Dog of War and learned it wasn't networked, deducing the Americans learned how they've been hunting them. Qabanni told them it was good as the Americans won't know one of their Dog of War's is missing. Shortly after, they spotted an All-Terrain Vehicle and the team quickly took it down. When they broke into the machines "skull", they were shocked when they found a pilot, who killed Booth. An angered Qabanni pointed her gun toward the soldier and told him they broke into the wrong house. She was stopped by McFadden, who told her Amber needs to kill him. When their underground cave was attacked due to McFadden giving up their location, Qabanni jumped in the All-Terrain Vehicle to bring down the roof of the cave. This gave the others time to escape in a vehicle.
