Mortale the ruler of eu-topos. He has been with the FOK alliance since early june. Since august of 2007 Mortale has been a diplomat. On the 16th of november he became Minister of Internal Affairs, while maintaining his diplomatic duties. On the 18th of januari 2008 a new government was installed and Mortale was promoted to senior diplomat. On the 9th of october 2008 Mortale was asked for the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs position after MrCyber left the alliance. The 25th of november Mortale became MoFA. When the next government was installed on 25th of february Mortale accepted the job as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
