Time crystal Time Crystal
rdfs:comment
Time Crystal is a form of crystallized state of Time Energy that can interact with the flow of time, stream of time, or even disturb the synchronization of time from other timelines and periods. The crystal can also be placed within certain devices made by the Alpha Legion or the Time Lords to be used has a source of energy or fuel to power machines, weapons or even a power plant. Time Crystals are important items in the TimeSplitters series of games. Time Crystals are used to travel through time and were used by TimeSplitters in TimeSplitters 2 in their quest to destroy humanity. Cortez must collect all nine Time Crystals so that the TimeSplitters cannot use them. In the end of the game, the crystals were taken from the space station by Cortez. Time Crystals are usually an emerald green color, however blue and red ones have been spotted before. They can be placed in Story and Assault Mapmaker levels. In The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, the time crystal was briefly seen within the ruins of the Mountain with Spyro, Cynder, and Sparx still encased inside. A group of Grublins found the crystal with the heroes inside; one of them struck the time crystal with its club in an attempt to break it, causing the crystal to react by glowing brightly. It emitted the voices of Spyro and Cynder moments before they were encased in crystal when the Well of Souls was collapsing around them. The crystal cracked quickly with light seeping out of it, and it shattered into pieces, releasing Spyro, Cynder, and Sparx from their three-year slumber and allowing the Grublins to shackle Spyro and Cynder together with the snake chain. By the mid-23rd century, the Vulcan Academy taught about time crystals, but no Federation-aligned species had been able to stabilize them, as the decay rate of the lattice was too unpredictable. However, it was theorized that four-dimensional races might be able to perfect the technology.

n18:abstract
Time Crystals are important items in the TimeSplitters series of games. Time Crystals are used to travel through time and were used by TimeSplitters in TimeSplitters 2 in their quest to destroy humanity. Cortez must collect all nine Time Crystals so that the TimeSplitters cannot use them. In the end of the game, the crystals were taken from the space station by Cortez. In Future Perfect, the time crystals are used in order to go back in time to prevent the TimeSplitters from ever being created. Crow also uses them in his time device while searching for immortality. He drilled for the crystals on the same island Cortez goes to in Scotland The Brave. The time crystals are destroyed at the end of Future Perfect. Time Crystals are usually an emerald green color, however blue and red ones have been spotted before. They can be placed in Story and Assault Mapmaker levels. Where Cortez manages to steal a raw form of the Time Crystals, Anya believes they were of outer space origin, possibly from an asteroid. Time Crystal could also be used within spacecrafts, however only one has been installed with it. The ship being the Spirit of Recollection to travel through time, and also also powers Time Energy-Based weaponry installed on the ship (Example: Time Particle Cannon). 2cc0008591fd8a9c9fc18323b5a676ca-d7th1ud.jpg|The Moment uses Time Crystals to power it, and also to interact and destroy timelines, and other periods of the universe plasma_01.jpg|Alpha Legion's main assault rifle uses Time Crystals has the main power source and ammunition against Time Demons, or time related entities and lifeforms UNSC Spirit of Fire 28CFV-8829.png|Starship Spirit of Recollection that uses Time Crystal to extract Time Energy, and uses it for the ship's main anti-ship weaponry, and Time Travel In The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, the time crystal was briefly seen within the ruins of the Mountain with Spyro, Cynder, and Sparx still encased inside. Harcourt Fenton Mudd at some point acquired a time crystal device capable of creating chronal displacements. This technology consisted of two components, a wrist-mounted crystal with controls in an unknown script, and a much larger one on his ship capable of generating the required energy for chronal displacements. It was suspected that he used this device to rob a Betazoid bank, and during the Federation-Klingon War of 2256 he used it to attempt to steal the USS Discovery and sell it to the Klingons. The crystal on Mudd's wrist disintegrated after he allowed the Discovery to rejoin the time stream. (DIS: "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad")
