It has been shown that their clothes can be reformed from water as well, and that the ability will keep them alive in dangerous situations like being run over by a car or being attacked. It allows the user to turn into water and have water like properties. User is made up of or can transform their body completely into water. Users' transformed form is either anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of water, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately the user can transform into homogenous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.
