Born and raised in the tumultuous times of Romagon's conquest by the Imperium, Yukia was raised as a devout Hadean by her father. In her adulthood, she secreted away to join the School of Power, which much to her surprise she had found held a great similarity to Hadean dogma. This was at the risk of being branded a heretic—which she eventually was. Simultaneously hiding from the Inquisition and preaching a dualistic form of Hadeanism and the School of Power's philosophy, Yukia built up an army with which to confront the Inquisition's legion. However, instead of fighting them, she entreated the Inquisitors to speak with her on the teachings she had developed. Whether it was the wisdom of her words or the luck of confronting a benevolent Inquisitor, her request was granted. These talks eventually lead to a form of the School's teachings being permitted in Hadean territories. Yukia is now recognized and respected as a spiritual leader and teacher, and heads the School of Power in Imperial-controlled Romagon.
