In ancient times, Scorpion Dragons were employed as the watchdogs, often posted like gargoyles on the corners of buildings to ward off enemies, especially during ceremonies featuring important dignitaries.

As Scorpion Dragons mature, they develop control over their stingers and the mechanisms that secrete their infamous venom. When they are able to extract the venom without stinging something, the toxic goo can be used to produce antidotes.
