n47:abstract
Agrikesh was a transcontinental country with land in Antarctica, Africa, Eurasia, North America and Oceania. However, if only the free area was counted, Africa and Antarctica would be excluded. Some members claimed land on other planets and fictional land but the federal government doesn't recognize member's space and fictional claims and unofficially consider them planned settlements and cultural projects respectfully. Its estimated that Agrikesh had around 40 registered citizens. The governmentwas very active with 4 presidents and 9 other parliament members. There were 14 gwanchalja, people who didn't want to have citizenship in Agrikesh but wanted to be involved in politics. Agrikesh had sometimes been considered a "state-in-progress" or even a "failed state" due to conditions which some consider disunity. Indeed the most commonly cited conditions are that some Agrikeshics don't know they are Agrikeshic but identify as Wadonstolians or Legatians, there was a lack of records and statatics, the governmentwas inactive etc. The question of if these problems can be addressed and if so how is an important issue in Agrikeshic politics. As a result, Agrikesh was under a Ropa mandate meaning Agrikesh plans to be more isolated and more inactive in federal affairs. Instead, Agrikesh will be more like a group of reclusive nations with most politics being within a nation itself.
