Phenalope
rdfs:comment
One of the gems found on Arelith. A singularly beautiful stone, phenalope is dusty pink in color, dramatically marked with black streaks. Even when mounted in jewelry, phenalope maintains a rough texture, pocked with tiny holes that cannot be polished out. For some, this is part of the stone's attraction, and they wear it as a symbol of their own tenacious natures. Phenalope, also known as rhodonite, was related to the less valuable rhodochrosite.
